Correlation between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment of Nurses at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, Iran

Background and Objective: Organizational commitment of employees is one the important variables in effectiveness organizations. One effective factors nurses' organizational culture health centers. The present study aimed to investigate correlation between nurses at Hamadan University Medical Sciences. Materials Methods: This descriptive correlational was conducted based on an analytical design. statistical population included all nursing staff working educational medical centers Hamadan. sample size calculated 257 nurses. Data were collected using Denison Culture Standard Questionnaire Meyer Allen Commitment Questionnaire. In this study, SPSS software (version 16) used for data analysis, a p-value less than 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: Based results, showed significant with (P <0.001,r = 0.56) its dimensions, including emotional (P<0.001, r =0.5), continuous <0.001, =0.4), normative =0.38).
